On November 20, 2025, we welcomed our users once again to the Expert User Workshop in Cologne. With great attendance and lively participation, the event once again proved to be the go-to meeting for the BACKUP EAGLE® community.
After a warm welcome and a short organizational intro, we jumped straight into a packed and hands-on agenda, covering topics such as:
- Track locations, company name change, and team introductions
- New features — both general updates and accounting-related enhancements
- Everything around mail: functionality, configuration, and provider model
- ServiceNow integration, including HOST_DETECT, Cross-Copy Report, and Multi Config Report
- Occupancy monitoring, ticket closing, and the custom report builder
- Reporting improvements
- Technical integrations and interfaces
- TAPE CONTROL and AI-powered reporting
To wrap things up, participants took the chance to ask questions, share experiences, and dive into open discussions with the team and fellow users.
