BACKUP EAGLE® Backup Monitoring for Veeam simplifies the daily monitoring of your backups & restores, backup servers and backup devices. Use preconfigured BACKUP EAGLE® reports or configure your own Veeam reports (accounting, audit & compliance, forecasts, management reports).

  • The daily control of your backups & restores is drastically simplified. At the same time, your efforts are reduced.
  • The health status of your Veeam servers and backup storage devices is constantly monitored.
  • Comprehensive monitoring across multiple backup software tools (e.g. Veeam and IBM Spectrum Protect) is possible.

Veeam Dashboards

BACKUP EAGLE® dashboards provides a quick view of your backup environment. The dashboard elements can be individually configured in terms of content and arrangement. It is also possible to split or extend the dashboard to more than one dashboard (e.g. one dashboard per client / topic / department).

Veeam Backup Monitoring

BACKUP EAGLE® Daily control of backups

  • All Veeam backup jobs are clearly displayed in a list with the most important attributes.
  • Additional information about a backup job – error messages, direct view of the last 30 backups (results, quantities) can be found in the detail area.

 

BACKUP EAGLE® Monthly and annual view

  • Monthly view: contains all backups cumulated per day.
  • Yearly view: contains all backups cumulated per month.

 

BACKUP EAGLE® Server Checks

  • Keep track of the status of your category Enterprise Backup environment based on Veeam Server Checks with threshold control.
  • When a Veeam Server Check is selected, all detailed information on the current status and the development of the last 31 days is displayed.

 

BACKUP EAGLE® Device Checks

  • Maintain an overview of the status of your backup devices based on device checks with threshold value control.
  • When a device check is selected, all detailed information on the current status and the development over the last 31 days is displayed.

All BACKUP EAGLE® reports can be configured for any period of time and any desired format (~.pdf, ~.html, ~.csv, ~.xls). Content can be easily filtered (servers, clients, schedules, domains, return codes, …). The BACKUP EAGLE® standard reports are automatically generated daily.

This report contains all Veeam backups and restores.

Backup results detailled –  BACKUP EAGLE® default report

This report contains additional details per backup / restore (error messages, etc.).

Veeam proof of verification for audits – BACKUP EAGLE® default report

This report especially for audits contains all backups and restores of the previous day, including the audit comments on all failed backups / restores.
